After a thorough consultation, taking into account all aspects of the client’s current life situation, I create individualized diet and lifestyle recommendations based on the principles of Ayurvedic medicine.
I teach clients how to implement changes in their own lives to take their well-being back into their own hands!
I incorporate my 10+ years of experience in yoga and never-ending studies of other holistic healing modalities, spirituality and personal development into my guidance I provide to clients.
